In Cascade, select “State Licensing” in the Site dropdown menu

  1. In the top left, click ‘Add Content’ and select ‘Program Licensing Page
  2. Complete the basic fields at the top of the form, this is general information about the program and/or details for initial page setup:
    1. Page Name – will automatically populate based on title.
    2. Placement Folder – should default to ‘State Licensing’ which is where it should be.
    3. Title – Please keep “State Licensing for” at the beginning and the insert your program and the degree (eg, State Licensing for Family Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Nursing Practice)
    4. Program of Study - Write as it is listed in catalog (eg, Family Nurse Practitioner)

  3. Add the licensing requirements for each state, click on the section to display fields.
Note: The page form is pre-populated with all 50 states plus the District of Columbia. The panels are collapsed by default and the preview shows which state is assigned to that section. All the fields in each of these panels are required and you will get an error message if you try to submit a page without completing all fields even if licensing is not required in a state. Your work will auto save periodically and you can always ‘Preview Draft’ to save and see how your information looks so far.
    1. State – Please don’t change this, leave the selection as is
