The following are tools in the WYSIWYG that are constantly displayed for your convenience because they are used often.

The arrow pointing to the left is undo and the arrow pointing to the right is redo.

The ‘B’ bolds text, the ‘I’ italicizes text, and the ‘U’ underlines text. 

These are the alignment tools. In order- align left, center align, align right, and justify.

This drop down menu holds the heading, inline, block, alignment, and custom class options. See the instructions on ‘format drop down menu’ for more information. 

This option allows you to make a list a bulleted list. There are four bullet options: default, circle, disk and square. See examples: 

Similar to making a bulleted list, this option allows you to make a numbered list (this is the default option). Under this drop down menu you have the option to use lower alpha, lower greek, lower roman, upper alpha, or upper roman symbols instead of letters. See examples: 

These are indent buttons. The icon with the arrow pointing left decreases the indent and the icon with the arrow pointing to the right increases the indent. 

This is the link icon. Highlight text and click this icon if you want to insert a link. More direction on links can be found in the ‘inserting a link onto a webpage’ instructions. 

This icon breaks an existing link.

This is the anchor icon:

This icon is for inserting pictures on a webpage. For more direction on how to insert photos can be found in the ‘inserting an image onto a webpage’ instructions. 

This icon is for inserting or editing videos.
