The insert menu gives you the options to insert a link, anchor, image, video, special character, horizontal line or the date/time.
Inserting a Link
To insert an external or internal link highlight the link text and chose this option. For more information on how to insert links see the instructions on ‘Inserting a Link on a Webpage’.
Inserting an Anchor

This option is for inserting internal or external images to your webpage. If you need more in depth instructions, see instructions on ‘inserting an image to a webpage’.
Inserting/Editing Videos
This option is for inserting videos or editing videos to your webpage. Example: YouTube videos and iframes.
Inserting special characters
This option allows you to insert symbols or characters. After you click this option, a box with a variety of symbols/characters to choose from opens. Click on the character you wish to insert and the text box will close automatically.
Insert horizontal line
This option allows you to insert a horizontal line across your content. See below:
Insert date/time
If you would like to quickly insert the date/time into your text you can do so here. There a variety of different formats to choose from.
